Hubble Contacts settles with U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC)

Company continues to plan to expand its e-commerce business and launch new eye care products and services
NEW YORK, Jan. 28, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — Vision Path, Inc., which operates Hubble Communications (Hubble), today announced an agreement with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission to resolve a dispute over Hubble’s adherence to fairness in contact lenses Consumer Law and Contact Lens Rules.
